As Director of Capital Markets at ISAM, Kevin specializes in loan origination, negotiation and structuring of debt and equity investments, with a primary focus on single asset and portfolio transactions for retail, industrial, and office properties.
BUSINESS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to ISAM, Kevin joined Colliers International-Atlanta in 2012 as a member of its Capital Markets Group. Preceding Colliers, he was a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis
Debt & Equity Finance from 1994 to 2011.
During his tenure at CBRE he was responsible for arranging over $3 billion in financing. Before CBRE, Kevin was responsible for commercial real estate loan origination with an Atlanta based bank. Prior to that he was responsible for all commercial real estate finance and equity placement for a major Japanese bank.
Kevin began his career as a real estate lender with Wells Fargo Bank formerly Wachovia).
